Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, food items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered.
Non-food items may be returned in line with UK distance selling regulations within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that are lost in transit.
All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact us using the details on the website before sending anything back.
At this time, orders are only shipped within the UK.
Shipping
Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Where fresh stock is available, orders may be shipped immediately.
As production is carried out in small batches, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch during busier periods.
All orders will be shipped in appropriately lined packaging and will be sent next day delivery as standard.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
